A Dalat running weekend when you are already in Vietnam
If you live or travel in Vietnam, a running camp can be a weekend getaway. Start with your current city and actual journey time: Friday evening should allow for check-in, not a hard workout.
Plan the journey first
Tell the organiser your departure city. Check the current operator timetable, arrival point and onward journey to your accommodation. Old travel reviews do not establish today’s journey time.
MONT Weekend assumes Friday evening arrival and Sunday afternoon departure. Add a night or choose three days if travel would compromise sleep or make you rush. Travel to Dalat is separate.
Already have a room? Choose Camp Only
You do not need to move hotels to join the training. Check the distance from your accommodation to the meeting point: a remote room may require extra travel every morning.
MONT estimates include shared transfers from the meeting point to training trailheads. Private hotel pickups and airport transfers are not promised.
Avoid squeezing a week into two days
A short camp offers technique practice and feedback. It does not need two hard sessions every day. After travel or when tired, some running can be replaced with walking.
Describe your usual training week first. Your flat-road pace does not determine an appropriate duration in the hills.
What to include in your application
Provide your current city, experience, format, preferred dates and Telegram or WhatsApp contact. Do not send medical documents through the short form.
Group, route, accommodation and final price are agreed before booking travel. An initial application does not reserve a place or require payment.
Discuss your plan
Share your experience, preferred dates and expectations. We will use them to discuss the route and preparation.
