THE JOURNEY IN DETAIL

An ancient path above a turquoise sea.

The Lycian Way runs 760 km from Fethiye to Antalya along a coast of ancient ruins, pine forest and cliffs above the sea. In November it is 20 °C, the water is still warm and the visitors have gone. A travelling camp: we run the best western stages from Ovacık to Kaş, moving along the coast, and finish with a climb of Tahtalı.

  • The opening stage from Ovacık above Ölüdeniz and Butterfly Valley
  • Patara: the trail through the dunes to an 18 km beach
  • Ancient Sidyma and Letoon along the way
  • Tahtalı (2,366 m): from the sea to the summit
