Sunrise at the Tre Cime.
A night start on Corso Italia in Cortina at 23:00, and by dawn the climb to the three towers of the Tre Cime di Lavaredo. Lavaredo 120K is part of the UTMB World Series and counts among Europe’s most beautiful hundred-mile-category races, with a 30-hour limit. Shorter distances run the same week for anyone not yet ready for 120 km. We stay in Cortina, preview the key sections and crew the aid stations.
- The 23:00 start in the heart of Cortina
- Dawn beneath the Tre Cime di Lavaredo
- A shakeout run at Lago di Misurina the day before
- Finishing on Corso Italia to a full crowd
